Paris, capital of France and the region of Ile de France also known as the Paris region, crossed by the Seine, is one of the largest urban agglomerations in Europe, with a population of 12,067,000 inhabitants, 2,167,000 of which reside in the municipality of Paris. For the income per capita is the richest city in Europe.
Some important buildings are the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the chapel of the Invalides, Place de la Concorde, the Pont Alexandre Paris, the Pompidou Center, the Basilica of Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge, etc. It is a city which is said to have more charm in the world.
They are famous boulevards or the broad avenue that links the Louvre to the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile, passing through the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees and still called the way (though under another name) to the Arc de La Defense, with a total of about ten kilometers.
